We take volume instructions from housing associations, estate agents, lenders and mortgage introducers.
We operate on a direct basis which means that customers do not have to visit us. Customers and introducers are updated via email, post, fax, SMS messaging or online tracking. This enables us to achieve faster completions for your customers and this means that your fees get paid quicker.
We provide fixed fee no completion no fee services which means that your customers know what they will be charged at the outset and do not pay us for abortive work (third party disbursements remain payable)
